Logging In

End User

Welcome to DataCentral. Your administrator has invited you to view data and reports securely through the platform.

The way you log in depends on how your organization's administrator has configured your account.

1. Finding Your Login Page

When you are invited to DataCentral, you will receive a welcome email. This email contains the specific web address (URL) for your organization's portal. It will typically look something like this:

https://yourcompany.datacentral.ai

Always use the link provided in your welcome email. Do not try to log in from the main DataCentral website, as your account is tied to your specific organization's portal.

2. Choosing How to Log In

When you arrive at the login page, you may see one or more options depending on your organization's setup.

Option A: Microsoft Login (Entra ID)

If your organization uses Microsoft 365, this is the most common method.

  1. Click the Sign in with Microsoft button.
  2. You will be redirected to the standard Microsoft login screen.
  3. Enter your work email address and password.
  4. Complete any Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompts required by your company (such as the Microsoft Authenticator app).
  5. You will be securely logged into DataCentral.

Option B: Username and Password (User Pass)

If you do not have a Microsoft 365 account, your administrator may have created a local account for you.

  1. On the DataCentral login screen, enter the Username (usually your email address) provided in your welcome email.
  2. Enter the Password provided in the email.
  3. Click Log In.
  4. Note: If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to change your password immediately for security reasons.

Option C: Mobile ID

Mobile ID allows you to log in securely without remembering a password.

  1. On the DataCentral login screen, select the Mobile ID option.
  2. Enter your registered mobile phone number.
  3. A secure prompt will be sent to your mobile device.
  4. Open the prompt on your phone and approve the login using your device's biometric security (such as Face ID or Touch ID).
  5. The DataCentral screen on your computer will automatically refresh and log you in.

3. Troubleshooting

I forgot my password (User Pass only): Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. Enter your email address, and instructions to reset your password will be sent to you.

The Microsoft login isn't working: Ensure you are using the correct work email address. If you are already logged into a personal Microsoft account in your browser, you may need to use an "Incognito" or "Private Browsing" window to force the browser to ask for your work credentials.

I didn't receive the Mobile ID prompt: Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection. If the prompt still doesn't appear, contact your administrator to verify that the correct mobile number is registered to your account.
